A lovely two tone white and black coloured Olympia Monica typewriter with charcoal black keys, space bar and carriage trim. Olympia was a German brand of typewriter that was known for their great quality and ease of use. This model was made in the UK in 1978. It has the Olympia logo on the front and has the standard "elite" sized type face giving you 12 letters to the inch. It types very nicely and has been professionally cleaned, serviced, adjusted and tested and is in full working order and is fitted with a new top quality American made ribbon so its all ready for you to start typing on.

It has a hard plastic casing which has a few very minor marks and some discolouration in places, but it is generally in a very good condition. The small perspex paper rest which attaches to the top of the carriage and swings up is on this one missing. That does not affect it's typing function in any way and many typewriters were designed and made without any paper rests. The typewriter measures 30 cm by 34 cm by 15 cm high.
It comes with a hard charcoal coloured plastic carry case with handle which is also in a very good condition. The closure and handle are both sound.
