EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand that from time to time you may want to exchange an item. We are happy to do this for you and would ask you to contact us by email to arrange the exchange, details can be found on our 'Contact Us' page to do so. Shipping charges will apply.
REFUND POLICY
We take great care to pack all our products very carefully to avoid breakages or damage whilst in transit. However if for some reason an item is delivered broken or faulty we will of course arrange a refund or exchange, whichever you request. Like with any refund process, we would need to examine the issues incurred (via precise imaging) and so that we can serve you in the best possible way we kindly ask that you email our team within 24 hours of receipt of the item.
