A lovely black coloured Olympia Splendid 66 typewriter with off white keys, space bar and carriage knobs. Olympia was a German brand of typewriter that was known for their great quality. This one was made in West Germany in 1966 and has the Olympia logo on the front and the Made in West Germany and London agents details on the back and has the standard elite sized typeface giving you 11 letters to the inch.
This typewriter has been professionally cleaned, serviced, adjusted and tested. It is in full working order and fitted with a new top quality American made Universal ribbon so its all ready for you to start typing on.
The typewriter is in a good overall condition with just a few small marks and discolouration mainly on the left hand side of the ribbon cover.

The typewriter measures 29 cm by 28 cm by 7 cm high, making it a very compact portable model. It comes with it's original tan carry case which is also in a good functional condition with a few marks and signs of wear. The zip has been replaced at some stage.
It types very well with a nice easy action.
