Lovely portable Silver Reed 250 typewriter in full working order in a pale grey colour with black keys, space bar and carriage knobs. This one was made in Japan in the 1970's by Silver Seiko and types very well. It has the standard "elite " sized font giving you 12 letters to the inch and tabulator and repeat spacer functions.
This typewriter has been professionally cleaned, serviced, adjusted and tested.It is in full working order and is fitted with a new top quality American made Group 9 TW1 ribbon so its all ready for you to start typing on.
We can supply Group 9 TW1 typewriter ribbons from £6.95 each including postage. Available in plain black, red/black and a range of other colours options on universal spools.
The typewriter is in a good functional condition with just some minor marks to the metal body on the edges at the front and the ribbon cover and low down on the side edges. There is no carry case lid with this one.
This Silver Reed measures 28 cm x 30 cm and is 8 cm high. This is a nice retro working typewriter and is already to just take out of the box and start typing on.
