A lovely mid blue coloured Olivetti Studio 46 typewriter made in Olivetti's Barcelona factory in the mid 70's. It has white keys, a red tab key and has the Olivetti Studio logo on the carriage and the manufactures details on the back. This one has the standard Olivetti "elite" typeface giving you 11 letters to the inch and with an extended carriage you can type on your paper in portrait as well as landscape mode.
This typewriter has been professionally cleaned, serviced, adjusted and tested. It is in full working order and is fitted with a new top quality American made Universal ribbon so its all ready for you to start typing on.
We can supply Universal typewriter ribbons from £7.95 each including postage. Available in plain black, red/black and a range of other colour options. You would then be best to rewind the new ribbon onto the metal and plastic spools that are in the machine.
There are a few very minor marks and signs of discolouration to the hard plastic body, mainly on the ribbon cover. It measures 36 cm x 35 cm x 12 cm and comes in a hard plastic carry case which is also in a good functional condition with only some minor marks and discolouration in places. Although classed as a portable this model is quite large and heavier than many other portables.
This is a great working Olivetti typewriter with a nice easy typing action and in a very collectable colour.
