This is a lovely sky blue coloured metal Imperial typewriter with creme coloured keys and space bar in full working order . It was made in the 1970's in Japan for Litton Industries . It has the standard "Elite" font size giving you 12 letters to the inch.
This typewriter has been professionally cleaned, serviced , adjusted and tested . It is fitted with a new Group 9 ribbon so its all ready for you to start typing on . It has the Imperial logo on the front .
We can supply Group 9 typewriter ribbons at £4.95 each including postage. Available in plain black, red/black, blue and purple. A ribbon will last you a long time and to give you an idea , in an office environment with someone using a typewriter professionally a ribbon would last them around 3 months.
There are a few minor marks to the metal body mainly at the left and right hand sides and on the ribbon cover , but it is generally in a good condition. It has a matching coloured plastic case that attaches to the top of the typewriter and clips on at the front . The case is also in a good condition with only a few marks and some discolouration in places .The handle and clips to close work well .
The typewriter measures 29 cms by 30 cms by 9 cms. We also include a copy of a manual .
This is a good working portable typewriter in a very collectable colour .
